You will receive a special blue tag with every tray we send, which can track your grass to the very field from which it came.

Using the appropriate plugging tool, create the hole for the grass plug.
- 38 cell plug trays use the ProPlugger planting tool to create the hole. Just step on the the plugger to a depth of 2", twist and pull out the plug of soil.
- 50 cell plug trays use the Drill Auger to create the hole. Just attach your auger to any drill and use it to create a 2" deep hole.
Next, remove the plug from the grow tray. The root ball can be scored and/or dipped into Soil Moist root dip prior to planting. Place the plug into the hole you created and step on it to ensure that there are no air pockets in the soil.
You are now ready to fertilize, water and GROW! Check out this video

Called up NC grass plugs and ordered my centipede grass plugs on Tuesday and received them the next afternoon.All the plugs were in perfect condition and are doing well after planting them.
Have been buying Centipede and Zoysia plugs from NC grass a little at a time for a few months now. Had a large area to do, both front and back yards and could not be happier with the quality and the results. Well rooted and nicer than others I have seen. They both are doing quite well, and the zoysia is doing very well on the back yard which has a fairly steep slope. A+++++

This is my 2nd centipede cell tray and it’s made an enormous difference in my yard. It’s really hard to grow centipede from seed here but this makes fixing bare spots much easier.
