Refund policy

All sales are final, no cancellations, refunds or returns.  Once the order is fulfilled, we will not be able to change, cancel, refund or return the item.  Email us if you have received a damaged or incorrect item and we'll make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Be sure to take digital photos of the item and damage, to help us determine the extent of the damage.
