Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All Grass Plug orders will be processed as soon as possible and will be shipped the next business day unless UPS can't deliver by Saturday, those cases will be shipped out on the following Monday (or on Tuesday if Monday is a Holiday). NC Grass Plugs is not responsible for the condition of plugs when deliveries are held over a weekend or holiday, or when temperatures are high. Order accordingly to accommodate for transition of your plug. We recommend that TX and OK orders ship out on Monday.
We will ship grass plugs on Mondays through Thursdays, your plug order will be held until this time. If you order any other items, they will be processed for shipment as soon as possible.
All other items are shipped from warehouses, either in FL or NC. In almost all cases, your order will be shipped same day or next business day.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout, but some items will include free/included shipping. Free/included shipping will be standard, ground shipping through UPS, USPS or FexEx and will be delivered in 1-3 days in most cases. Items coming from FL will typically arrive in 4-7 days. You pay a flat shipping rate per tray of plugs
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. You, the consumer, will be responsible for entering a valid street address that is recognized by USPS, FedEx and UPS. We will not be able to process any orders with Post Office Box addresses. We will ship to the address you provide at checkout, please check to make sure it is correct as we will not be responsible for the cost of replacement orders. Email us at info@ncgrassplugs.com with your order number, if you need to change the address information on the order.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive notification of order confirmation and shipment tracking number.
Customs, duties, and taxes
NC Grass Plugs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Sales tax is calculated in your purchase order and will be collected at checkout.
Damages
NC Grass Plugs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged shipment, please contact us directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Email as soon as possible to info@ncgrassplugs.com so we can make it right. Some plugs may be yellow when they're delivered, this is normal. Stacked trays, extended shipping times and the heat will turn some grass yellow and it will recover.
International Shipping Policy
NC Grass Plugs does not ship outside of the lower 48 states.
