BloomPlex 8-16-5 with Minors | Ecologel

BloomPlex (8-16-5) is an excellent nutrient blend for use on flowering plants, shrubs, herbs, fruits, and vegetable gardens. It can also be used on lawns as a starter fertilizer for sod or seed.

Product Description:
BloomPlex is a complete fertilizer with chelated secondary and micronutrients to encourage bloom set and deeper color. This product is specially formulated with high-quality sources of phosphorus to promote flowering and fruiting as well as root development. BloomPlex also uses citric acid chelation to help keep nutrients readily available in the soil longer for improved uptake. It is truly an ideal product from installation through life-long plant maintenance.

Application Information:

ANNUALS AND PERENNIALS (INCLUDING FRUIT, VEGETABLE, AND HERB GARDENS):

Installation: Apply 6 to 12 oz. of BloomPlex in 50 gallons of water per 100 sq. ft.

Maintenance: Mix 12 oz. of BloomPlex per 50 gallons of water. Apply 1 quart of diluted solution per sq. ft. For foliar spray, mix 1 oz. of BloomPlex per 2 gallons of water and spray foliage to the point of runoff. Reapply every 4 to 6 weeks or as needed throughout the growing season.

FLOWERING SHRUBS:

Installation: Apply 6 to 12 oz. of BloomPlex in 3 to 5 gallons of water per 100 sq. ft.

Maintenance: Mix 2 quarts of BloomPlex per 100 gallons of water. Apply 1 to 4 quarts of diluted solution per shrub depending on the size, using the lower rate for smaller shrubs and the higher rate for larger shrubs. Apply to the soil at the base of each shrub. Reapply every 4 to 6 weeks or as needed throughout the growing season.

NEW SEED OR SOD: 

Apply 12 oz. of BloomPlex in 1 to 2 gallons of water per 1000 sq. ft. The same rate applies to applications to established lawns. Apply as needed, water it in.

Bloomplex  can be used on all grass types, including the following: 

Cool Season Lawns - Kentucky Bluegrass, Turf Type Tall Fescue (all fescues), Ryegrass. 

Warm Season Lawns - Bermuda, St Augustine, Zoysia, Centipede, Bahia
